Good Natured Destruction

There’s something about fire

That sparks a flame inside me

An 80-year-old man

Leaving my good past behind me

A spectacularly simple life I led

But my memories now bore me

So I’m busy creating new ones

Until I have nothing left to live for

I’ll be thrown in jail

To pay for my sins

Of arson

I will never let age win
